Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan kecepatan berlari pada pemain sepak bola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juni 2020 pada pemain sepak bola rekreasi dari Persatuan Sepak Bola Nanggung, Bogor. Total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 45 orang pemain sepak bola rekreasi yang berusia 20 – 30 tahun yang diambil menggunakan purposive random sampling. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan standing long jump test dan kecepatan berlari diukur dengan menghitung jarak dan waktu tempuh (m/s). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai daya ledak otot sebesar 240,33±23,16 dan nilai kecepatan berlari sebesar 4,53± 0,48 serta hasil uji hipotesis dengan Spearman-Rank Correlation diperoleh nilai p=0,007 (p<0,05) dengan r=-0,397 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang bermana antara daya ledak otok dengan kecepatan berlari dimana semakin tinggi nilai daya ledak maka semakin kecil nilai kecepatan berlari. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara daya ledak otot tungkai dengan kecepatan berlari, khususnya pada pemain sepak bola.
