Perbedaan Pengaruh Latihan Keseimbangan Dengan Wobble Board Dan Plyometric Terhadap Dynamic Balance Pasca Chronic Ankle Instability

Abstrak

Tujuan : untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh latihan keseimbangan dengan wobble board dan plyometric terhadap dynamic balance pasca chronic ankle instability. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental two groups pre test and post test design yang dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2022. Subjek penelitian merupakan pemain futsal yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Subjek berjumlah 8 orang dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok 1 berjumlah 4 orang diberi perlakuan latihan wobble board. Kelompok 2 berjumlah 4 orang diberi perlakuan plyometric training. Pengukuran keseimbangan dinamis menggunakan star exursion balance test (SEBT) pada awal dan akhir perlakuan. Hasil : Latihan keseimbangan dengan wobble board berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan dinamis pasca chronic ankle instability dengan nilai p=0,048, sedangkan Latihan plyometric juga berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan dinamis pasca chronic ankle instability dengan nilai p=0,046. Hasil uji beda sesudah perlakuan kelompok I dan II didapatkan hasil p=0,632 yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antar kedua kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil uji selisih rerata didapati pada kelompok I sebesar 12 dan kelompok II d sebesar 13,25. Kesimpulan : Pemberian latihan keseimbangan dengan wobble board dan plyometric sama baiknya terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dinamis pada pemain futsal pasca chronic ankle instability.
