Purpose: to determine the difference in the effect of balance exercises with a wobble board and plyometrics on dynamic balance after chronic ankle instability. Methods: This study used an experimental study of two groups pre test and post test design which was conducted in August- September 2022. The research subjects were futsal players who met the inclusion criteria. Subjects numbered 8 people and divided into 2 groups. Group 1 consisted of 4 people who were given the wobble board exercise treatment. Group 2 consisted of 4 people who were given plyometric training. Measurement of dynamic balance using the star excursion balance test (SEBT) at the beginning and end of treatment. Results: Balance training with a wobble board has an effect on dynamic balance after chronic ankle instability with a value of p=0.048, while plyometric training also affects dynamic balance after chronic ankle instability with a value of p=0.046. The results of the different test after the treatment of groups I and II obtained p = 0.632, which means there was no significant difference in effect between the two groups. Based on the results of the mean difference test found in group I of 12 and group II d of 13.25. Conclusion: Provision of balance exercises with wobble boards and plyometrics is equally good for increasing dynamic balance in futsal players after chronic ankle instability.
