The effectiveness of learning becomes the most important thing in the implementation of the education system. An action to improve the quality of learning is needed to be able to improve effectiveness in the learning process so that it can increase student activity and understanding of a learning concept. This study was an experimental study by providing interventions in the form of online quizzes with manual therapy block. Online quizzes were given each individual task implementation through the Smart and Elegant E-learning menu of Udayana (ELSEU) which is facilitated through the Integrated Management Information System, the Strategic of Unud (IMISSU). In addition, validity and reliability tests were also conducted on questionnaire items related to learning motivation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning motivation questionnaire is valid and reliable. Meanwhile, the application of online quizzes was effective in increasing motivation to learn manual therapy blocks for undergraduate students of physiotherapy study programs, faculty of medicine, udayana university.
