Pengaruh Short Foot Exercise terhadap Arkus Longitudinal Medial pada Pes Planus: Studi Literatur

Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh short foot exercise terhadap pes planus.
Metode: penelitian ini menelaah artikel dengan design literature review. Artikel yang digunakan dalam studi literatur memiliki design penelitian RCT dan quasi experiment serta menggunakan database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct.
Hasil: Didapatkan hasil bahwa short foot exercise dapat dikombinasikan dengan intervensi lain dan lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan arkus longitudinal medial pada pes planus.
Kesimpulan: Sepuluh artikel menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh short foot exercise terhadap arkus longitudinal pada pes planus, namun 2 artikel mengatakan bahwa ada intervensi yang lebih efektif dibandingkan short foot exercise.
